Cohear SF is a personalized coaching service for managers at the core level of companies in the Bay area. The company was born when Co-Founders Mia Maturen and Mahima Muralidharan realized that there was an abundance of coaching services but not enough support specifically geared towards working with managers to create healthy teams. Their coaching model focuses on strengthening team dynamics in order to build a sustainable and socially conscious workplace.

We worked with the Cohear SF Founders to develop the end-to-end brand experience, including naming, strategy and messaging, visual identity (logo design, iconography, typography, graphic elements), user interface design for the site, and print and marketing collateral.

Our goal was to create an inspiring brand for progressive company leaders and an online experience that was engaging, educational and relevant. The result was a logo and visual system with bold colors, strong typography and a grid of dots, which represent the foundation of a company and the people within it. To illustrate interpersonal connections, we created nontraditional symbols using variations of lines intersecting on the grid. The tagline, Craft Your Culture, highlights a commitment to building a vibrant and positive work environment.

It was essential that the brand identity embodied the progressive and dedicated spirit of the founders, demonstrating their background in psychology and community building in a relatable and cohesive format. After establishing their new brand, Cohear SF formed partnerships with Salesforce and other leading tech companies.
